"I have never been one to stick to any sort of fitness regimen before. Not because I haven't wanted to, but for a variety of other reasons; I get bored, feel lost, get discouraged, don't see or feel any results, etc. When I started with Kyle, I promised myself that I would follow his exercise/health/nutrition guidelines as best as I could for 6 months, without questioning any of it (which is very difficult for me, because I'm a control freak).
