  • How do I know which type of coaching I need?
    If you are confident in the gym and just want a game plan SoloFit is a great place to start. If you are looking for more of a tailored approach including lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise coaching, then 1:1 Coaching is the way to go. If you are unsure, book an exploratory call and we can go over it together and get you on the right path.
  • Do you offer monthly or yearly commitments?
    There are several options: month to month, six-month, or yearly contracts. However you want to start is great and you can decide your commitment level as we progress.
  • Can we work together remotely?
    Absolutely! It’s all about communication and I use a few different technologies to give you as much of an in-person touch without actually being there.
  • How do you monitor my progress?
    Your progress is monitored in a few ways. Weekly check-ins with comments or videos from me. Tracking metrics through benchmark exercises, re-assessments, and conversations. You, the client will be able to see all these progressions with visual graphs through the app.
  • How do I cancel?
    Send a message via the coaching app. If you are month to month your plan will be canceled before your next billing day. If you are on the 6 or 12 month agreement, your plan will cancel on the last day of the 6th or 12th month. You’ll have access to your programming until the cancellation in all options.
  • How do I get my programming?
    Upon signing up you’ll receive an email with the link to download the coaching app and any other educational materials you need.
  • How do I cancel?
